I'm Pedram Poshtiban — a Project Manager at Vancouver Coastal Health and the founder of POSH Project Advisory. I've worked on all three sides of the construction industry, giving me a rare 360° perspective that most advisors simply don't have.

On the contractor side, I managed full project lifecycles— estimating, procurement, scheduling, and contract management. On the consultant side, I worked as a design and build engineer for hospitals, commercial buildings, and infrastructure across three countries. And on the owner's side, I now lead one of Canada's largest healthcare capital projects at VCH.
